Ask for Help

For tech, process, and product questions

• Post on Slack in the #labs_help, #labspt_ds, or in your product channel (ends with product).

• Reach out to the Labs LA's anytime you are stuck on a problem.

• Ask your ADSL, if they don't know the answer, they know someone who does.

• Join your cohort's Office Hours.

• Reach out to your DS Manager.

For team conflicts, complaints, or confidential topics

• First, talk with your Release Managers and ADSL, when possible.

• Then, DM your DS manager.
